Hello, World!
Relationship skills.
Community connection.
LoveWise™ Foundation brings mental health and relationship education into everyday life through education, prevention, and connection.
Knowledge people
can use.
Make mental health and relationship education more accessible through practical learning, prevention education, and community connection.
Our work helps people understand emotions, communicate clearly, set boundaries, recognize harmful patterns, and learn about options for support. Preventing abuse and domestic violence is central to that purpose.
Healthy relationships.
Connected communities.
We envision communities where people have the knowledge, skills, and support to care for their mental health and build healthy relationships.
We seek to make these skills part of everyday education, before a crisis develops and as people learn after difficult experiences.
Three pillars.
One shared purpose.
Education
Social-emotional learning (SEL) introduces everyday skills for understanding emotions, managing reactions, making thoughtful decisions, and caring for relationships.
Prevention
Education on consent, boundaries, respectful communication, and recognizing unhealthy relationship patterns helps people make informed choices and identify support.
Connection
Workshops, community experiences, university collaborations, and service opportunities create space to learn, share, and contribute.

Our Vision
LoveWise™ Foundation was founded to address a critical gap in mental health care: the widespread lack of accessible, practical education about healthy relationships and their direct impact on emotional well-being. While treatment often begins after harm has occurred, LoveWise™ focuses upstream — on prevention, awareness, and skill-building— so individuals, couples, and families are equipped before crisis emerges.
Rooted in clinical practice and informed by real-world community needs, LoveWise™ translates psychological science into clear, usable education. Our programs emphasize emotional literacy, boundaries, attachment, communication, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed relational skills. By strengthening relational health, we aim to interrupt cycles of dysfunction, reduce the prevalence of domestic violence, and support the formation of stable, healthy family systems.
LoveWise™ serves diverse populations through workshops, community events, curricula, and public education initiatives. Our work bridges mental health and relationships — recognizing that emotional well-being exist within the context of how people love, parent, partner, and connect.
LoveWise™ is committed to cultivating healthier minds, healthier loving relationships, and safer communities.
